tax and fees) to the December 20, 2008 performance of “Dave
Koz and Friends: A Smooth Jazz Christmas Tour” at the Cerritos
Center for the Performing Arts and a MEET AND GREET for

the performance, to be determined upon artist availability.
All proceeds will benefit The Liberty Hill Foundation which partners with innovative
and effective Los Angeles grassroots organizations to combat poverty and injustice.
